Puligny only found one too good over course and distance last month and she should be winning soon. Thakana has finished second in three of her five starts but is just in danger of becoming frustrating and the likes of Berkeley Street, Velox, Viennese Verse and Ziekhani probably have more scope this year. ANNA'S PEARL was second in a Group 1 at Saint-Cloud in November and can probably be forgiven his run under top weight in the Free Handicap at Newmarket in April. This looks an excellent chance for him to get off the mark.
