This is an appalling affair which is not a serious betting proposition. Beyond Borders is an interesting runner however as he is taking a drop in grade. He will be fit and ran semi-respectably when finishing in mid-division in a novices¿ handicap hurdle last time. Grand Prairie is no stranger to this grade and was made favourite at Leicester last time but could finish only sixth beaten ten lengths. He may once again find several too good. A good run from Think Quick earlier on would be a good pointer towards the chances of Turtle Recall here. His form had previously been dismal, having been pulled up on all his recent starts but in a similar race to today¿s at Ludlow last time he had every chance until tiring at the third from home, eventually finishing fifth. Given that he wasn¿t used to finishing it was understandable that he got tired in the closing stages and he will go off at a big price here. Given the paucity of quality in the field he may give you a lot of fun at a big price.
