Mt Leinster won the amateurs' maiden on the Flat at the Galway Festival then ran really well behind stable companion Aramon in the week's big hurdle race. He looks to be improving but will need to be as he's rated lower than WONDER LAISH over timber and has to concede weight. The latter also ran in the Galway Hurdle but was struck into and never got involved but he'd earlier finished third behind Aramon in a Tipperary Grade 3 and his victory in a Grade A handicap hurdle at Fairyhouse in December is the best form on view here. Western Victory won over fences at Roscommon earlier this month and gets plenty of weight from the two principals while Grandmaster Flash ran a fine race in a premier handicap at Galway and isn't without a chance.
