Verdict
So Wonderful finally got her head in front at the 15th time of asking at the Curragh and Seamie Heffernan prefers her to Precious Moments but neither inspire confidence. Saltonstall is a cracking handicapper as he showed once again at Galway. He's generally failed when stepped up to Pattern Race company but this doesn't look the toughest Listed race ever run. UP HELLY AA has a superb pedigree and landed a Cork Listed contest in October on ground with plenty of give. He's only had four starts and could prove much better than these in the long term so gets the vote. Fame And Acclaim is doing everything right at present and is another with scope so looks a threat while stable companion A New Dawn has been placed in her last three starts at this level.
