Verdict

ALELCHI INOIS probably didn't have much to do to make a successful chasing debut at Tramore but the way he scooted clear of Steps To Freedom was very impressive and he should be even more at home over this much longer trip. He'll face very stiff completion here but is taken to complete the double. Cailin Annamh, a Grade 3 winner over hurdles, has taken well to the bigger obstacles and had little problem beating the useful Midnight Game at Kilbeggan. She'll continue on the upgrade and give the selection a race while Domination makes up a trio of very promising types. Charles Byrnes' charge has only had two runs over fences, scoring at Limerick in March, but he's been in superb form on the Flat lately landing the Ascot Stakes at the Royal meeting before a close third in a Listed contest at Sandown. Bally Longford made a winning debut over fences at Kilbeggan but is taking on very much better opposition here.
