This is a very nice prize and has attracted a competitive field. A Great View hasn't had much experience but scored twice over the minimum trip before finding the step-up to 2m4f beyond him so he should go well. Ancient Sands had been in fine form at Dundalk before tackling a similar class handicap to this at Punchestown where he was beaten around 4l by Tempo Mac with To Choose close behind in third. He's 5lb better off and should get closer while the latter could go well if getting a run from his reserve spot. PYROMANIAC (NAP) was in superb form on the Flat at this time a year ago and his two runs in the autumn point to his chances here. Tony Martin's charge was beaten in a bunch finish behind Silver Concorde in the November Handicap at Leopardstown and he's done enough over hurdles to suggest he can make a successful reappearance. Bishopslough is 18lb lower than over fences and looks an outsider with a chance in a wide-open handicap.
