In depth

Verdict

Horendus Hulabaloo won his first two starts over fences in the style of a very promising chaser and didn't appear to appreciate reverting to hurdles last time. Bridgets Pet has had problems with his jumping over hurdles and fences but got it right in no uncertain terms at Downpatrick and a safe round would see him in the firing line. Courtncatcher's second at LImerick was a good run though he was a long way behind Railway Zira at Roscommon earlier and the latter didn't get far in that Limerick event. SHESAPORTRAIT made all and jumped like an old hand at Limerick and she has more experience over the bigger obstacles than most of these so she's handed the vote in an interesting finale.
