Erlkonig won this last year and Your Busy was successful in 2013. Neither have been at their best lately though the latter didn't have much chance in the Summer Cup at Uttoxeter last time. Westerner Lady returns after a long break though that's no problem for one from her yard. Her three victories have been on good going and she has plenty in her favour. Ibsen won on the Flat in May and ran quite well back over hurdles at Roscommon last month while Prickly dead-heated on the Flat at Limerick last time. Pilgrim Way beat Plain Talking at Tipperary so it was disappointing to be well beaten by that runner-up at Roscommon last time so the vote goes to MASTER APPEAL. John Kiely's charge fell on his chasing debut in May but his second place behind The Job Is Right at last year's Galway Festival gives him leading claims for this.
