Verdict
RED STAR BOY is at a fitness disadvantage with his main rivals but won so impressively at Roscommon in September that we will back him to defy that long absence. The Grey Express scored at Ballinrobe early last month, and though unable to cope with Tus Nua under his penalty at Down Royal that was probably an even better effort. All For Free finished a long way behind Tus Nua on his debut at Killarney but showed the benefit of the run when beating Gurteen lass at Kilbeggan. He can win more races though his regular partner is on Not For Converting this time around and Willie Mullins' charge must surely do better than he's shown on his two outings since making a winning debut at Clonmel.
