In depth

Verdict

The Irregular won this back in 2017 but has mainly been chasing subsequently without showing much, though he didn't perform badly over timber at Ballinrobe last month. Bridge Native won over fences at Tramore but couldn't take advantage of a lower hurdles mark on a return visit while Chief Of Police has only ever scored over fences and has gone up 2lb for finishing third over hurdles at Cork. BENEFIT NORTH (NAP) won a Downpatrick handicap over this trip in March, when Cousin Harry was a long way behind, and his two later runs were on faster going. The ground will be in his favour and he can get back on the winning trail.
