The in-form pair Supreme Doc and Victrix Gale would have chances if managing to get a run from their reserve spots but in their absence CAIM HILL looks the one to be on. Philip Fenton's charge has returned to the kind of form that saw him land a Grade 2 in 2010 and has won twice on the Flat recently. He's on a decent mark but there are plenty of threats including from Ainama and Campbonnais, who fought out the finish of a similar race at Roscommon. There's very little between them here with the latter, who finished third in this a year ago, just preferred though Harold's Cross can provide a bigger threat before going to Galway for the Plate. Christy Roche's charge completed a hat-trick over fences last summer before finishing down the field in this race and scored over timber in November. Liberty Counsel was having just his fourth start over fences when scoring over 3m1f here in May and is progressive enough to go well again despite a 12lb rise in the weights.
