Itso Vango put some moderate performances behind with a much better run at Limerick and normal progress should see him in the firing-line. Sarsfield ran easily his best race to date at Sligo last time and looks capable of better but Valley Breeze returned to action after a break with a poor run at Galway where he led for a long way but weakened quickly when headed. RUN FOR PAT also attempted to make all at Down Royal though had no answer when the winner quickened but his two previous runs give him an obvious chance.
