Verdict

Just Cause has had plenty of experience but didn't appear to have improved at Galway last week. Everyday Everyhour made a promising start over fences at Limerick but jumped poorly at Clonmel on his next start and will need to do better. Winning hurdler Justmemyselfandi is quickly sent over the bigger obstacles and should be suited while Last Encounter ran well enough over slightly further here last month. The latter, a decent hurdler, was a long way behind Arkwrisht in a Grade 3 over timber at Clonmel in February but the winner has been a major disappointment since switching to fences. ACT IN TIME, a winner over hurdles at Killarney in May, has always looked a chaser in the making and will have learnt plenty from his debut at that track last month so gets the vote in a tricky contest.
