Verdict

Fairwood Massini is still a maiden over fences and didn't run very well here last time but he's better than that and it would be no surprise to see him involved in the finish. Bold Present ran very well when runner-up over the C&D in May but poorly on his next start at Limerick. The Big Boyo was competing at a much higher level than this when last seen over fences and should go well though he's looking a few pounds high. KARINGA QUEEN had only shown moderate form before heading for Perth where she was well supported and won as she liked. Not surprisingly she's shot up the weights but this doesn't look a difficult race as many of her rivals are out of form and she can follow-up.
