TURNONTHEGAS was probably a bit unfortunate to be beaten by Coldwinters here a month ago and can reverse the form and defy his big weight. A bad mistake knocked him out of contention early in the race but he finished strongly and would have won with a bit further to travel. The winner did nothing wrong and as that was only his second start in a handicap he can improve again. Native Wolf isn't badly treated but has a long absence to overcome and he's still a maiden while Kalico Kim has some decent form to her credit and would be a threat if ready after a long break.
