Verdict

Librettela beat If What And Maybe at Lingfield last time a shade more cosily than the narrow winning margin would suggest. They're closely matched again here and NEWBY LODGE could prove a safer option. She found the soft ground against her at Brighton last time, but had scored at the same track before that and this looks easier. Alan Bailey's filly gets the nod with Hi Note out of sorts since winning over a mile here and Sir Randolf proving hard to win with.
