      Verdict

Market support for Barney Curley's Ndola would have to be noted but more solid claims on form are probably held by Milk And Sultana, who gets the vote ahead of Alqaayid. The last mentioned would have claims on the pick of his form but he is a long standing maiden and may again have to settle for minor role. Paul Howling's Cool Isle did not beat a great deal when landing a Beverley seller last time and, while the opposition here is no stronger, she may struggle to follow up in this bigger field. Channel Crossing is less exposed than most and is entitled to respect along with Revolve, who was in good form in this grade earlier in the year. The last mentioned is held by the selection on running over 1m2f here last time though and it is hard to see him reversing that form. Milk And Sultana was not stopping when winning that contest and looks well worth another try over this distance.
