A winner over a longer trip proven frontrunner ALSADAA may set out to make this a real test and in doing so get the score. Given that the gelding's recent best has been when given a bigger stamina test he should be sent to the front and he might be hard to reel in. On the other hand it could set up the race for late finisher Spensley who is still fairly treated after back-to-back wins. Also of interest is Iron Condor who is two from two over course and distance and won with enough in hand last time out to suggest a 4lb mark rise won't stop a bold bid.
