Verdict

BLAME IT ON SALLY is upped in class and carries a penalty after winning at Goodwood on his first attempt at 2m. But he scored by a convincing four lengths and it could pay to stick with Sir Mark Prescott’s charge with more to come over today’s trip. Smarter has been thereabouts over shorter distances recently and Isabella Brant is preferred to Johnny Kidd after placing over 1m4f here but Baltic Song has won over the latter trip and looks the biggest threat representing John Gosden’s yard and handicapping for the first time.
