      Verdict

      Alma Linda has placed in both subsequent starts since winning over a mile at Chelmsford and may appreciate this longer trip. But THE PINTO KID scored over course and distance before suffering a narrow margin defeat over 1m4f here last time and gets another chance with an apprentice taking 7lb off his back today. Sporting Times went close here on his penultimate start and can be given a chance on that form and Zzoro is another with placed form over track and trip. Emirates Knight has yet to threaten in a handicap and steps up in trip along with Kitaabaat.
