Marfinca was still travelling well when falling on his British debut and is taken to make amends today at the main expense of Rooster's Reunion and Henry Daly's Lindsay. Oliver Sherwood has his stable in decent form at present and ex-Irish Marfinca has solid claims in an open contest today. Good ground suits the horse very well indeed and he should be capable of winning off this mark of 111. Lindsay is consistent and will appreciate the drop to two miles today, as will Roznic who has been competing over further recently. Rooster's Reunion is certainly one for the place betting but his consistency is making him pay with the handicapper and his mark may just be slightly beyond him. Kety Star has the ability to go well but this trip may be too short, and therefore we will return to Marfinca to land the spoils.
