        Verdict

        It's easy to make up a shortlist of three for this handicap and from the trio of Ilie Nastase, Hereford Boy and PEGASUS AGAIN we side with the last mentioned. A winner of his penultimate effort the selection then put in an improved effort off this mark last time when only just missing out. After that he has an obvious chance so with an in-form jock in the plate he has to land the vote. Ilie Nastase's best work recently has come in claimers including success last time out. His last run in these ranks was three starts back off this mark when he ran into third place swo he should be one of the leading players. Hereford Boy is up another couple of pounds after narrowly failing to land a handicap hat-trick on his last run. This is his optimum trip but he will need to improve slightly if he wants to return to winning ways. Gallantry looks the only other to seriously consider off a competitive weight but Pegasus Again is on form and looks to have solid claims.
