In a weak-looking maiden over seven furlongs Peter Chapple-Hyam's NEDUARDO has looked progressive in two starts so get the vote ahead of Highland Bridge, who has also improved in two runs while Major Lawrence narrowly sets the standard but is looking a little exposed. Having finished a solid fifth on his only start as a two-year-old the selection progressed from that when upped to this distance at Lingfield last week. He found only a more experienced runner too good that day so only a slight improvement would probably be enough. Highland Bridge put an awful debut behind him when placing over course and distance next time up. The form from that race as a bit of strength to it and he should improve gain. Perfect Secret has held her solid form in three starts but wouldn't have to show a lot more to win this while Major Lawrence is the most exposed of these runners but looks worth trying over this trip again. Not an easy race to call but if continuing on the upward curve Nedaurdo should take this.
