Irish raider and Wolverhampton winner Canon Law is proving unreliable but Castle Combe ended last year with a couple of placed efforts at the track. Belrog was threatening to lose his maiden tag before throwing in a bad one at Lingfield last time but ABLE DASH continued his good progress when making a winning return over 1m4f here, his third success at this venue.
