Bennelong is a winner without a penalty having picked up an apprentices' race here last week. He should be in the mix again but TIJUCA is preferred on this occasion. The latter finished a close-up third to Wishformore over track and trip last time and can race off the same mark here. A line through the latter gives him the beating of Byrd In Hand, a runner-up here at the start of the month, while De Lesseps recent victory came on the Fibresand at Southwell and he's been beaten off today's higher mark since.
