In depth

Verdict

Desert Fox won a lower grade handicap at Chelmsford last week and is upped 5lb while Anonymous John has been raised 4lb for winning a similar contest to this at Lingfield. Rapid Ranger never figured over 7f at Wolverhampton last time having landed a double over today’s trip before that and it remains to be seen if HIGHER COURT fares any better as he attempts to complete a course and distance hat-trick. He’s already beaten Maazel and Kinglami, however, and should do so again. Pulsating and Inlawed are recent course and distance winners but both returned losing favourites on their latest starts.
