Verdict

Rockaroundtheclock won a claimer in testing ground in France back in May and landed a maiden race here last year. But FLYING HAMMER makes more appeal on his handicap debut having opened his account at Chepstow three weeks ago. He has more scope than Alnashama, a winner at Bath last month but beaten off higher marks since. Cascading Stars posted a better effort over 7f here last time but Equitanus could prove a bigger threat if forgiven a poor effort at Ripon as his earlier second at Salisbury is arguably the best piece of form on offer.
