      Verdict

      MIRROR CITY was third behind a subsequent winner over 7f here on her debut and is preferred to Godolphin's other runner Battle Success. Ride The Lightning went close at Sandown last time and also has a shout along with Newcastle runner-up Street Duel. Yangtze is an early Derby entry and worth noting on his debut but the others look to have plenty of catching up to do to figure.
