INFORMED FRONT hasn’t raced since finishing seven lengths clear of the rest when third at Yarmouth in May and the runner-up has won twice since. A chance is taken with John Gosden’s colt on his return to action. Mr Carpenter sets the standard off a mark of 80 though never threatened the winner when second at Newcastle while Big Daddy Kane was placed over a long trip at the latter track on his debut back in May. Squelch may well improve and the newcomer Early Riser’s yard won a division of this last year.
