Verdict

INTRANSIGENT scored over C&D last month before going close again when runner-up over the minimum trip at Ascot. Andrew Balding's sprinter arrives in the best form and gets the nod. Lady Gibraltar has a bit to find on latest running with the selection although she looks sure to be in the mix, while Dark Castle saves his best for this track and just failed over track and trip last week. Priceless Jewel is another C&D winner but out of sorts at present while Charlotte Rosina is looking to bounce back from a bad run at York last time.
