Verdict

Trixie Waterbury is still improving and won for the second time this year when beating ACES N KINGS over course and distance last week. But the latter re-opposes on better terms today having only his second outing since June and Conrad Allen’s charge is taken to reverse running. Paxos is another with scope for improvement after placing here while Broughton Sunpearl went close again last time but is now 10lb higher than when scoring over track and trip in December. Maurice Dancer has the beating of Bombastic and may prove best of the rest.
