Only half-a-length separated Ertikaan and Mambo Spirit when they filled the places behind Victorian Bounty at Windsor last month. The former is fancied to confirm running here. Fathsta made no impression in a much better race at Wolverhampton on Monday but should do better back in a claimer while Dark Lane was a winner at Dunstall Park last time, though has more on his plate here. Mother Jones may also struggle on these terms but Beat The Bell again failed to handle the Fibresand last time and has every chance if reproducing his best form on the Polytrack. MAC GILLE EOIN has come right back to form in recent weeks and won a shade cosily at Lingfield last week. The once-smart handicapper may well be capable of conceding weight all round.
