Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

D'Urberville should be on the premises again but preference is for TRECASE who is less exposed than John Jenkins' runner and didn't shape too badly over course and distance last time. He's back up in the weights following that performance but connections may be able to eke out a pound or two of further improvement. River Tease and Sheila's Bond both have claims with jockey bookings suggesting that the latter is the stable's first string whilst Shoot The Pot also enters calculations for a yard that's been amongst the winners. Mush Mir is bred to appreciate this longer trip as he wears first-time blinkers for his handicap bow and the market may be the best guide to his chances and those of Lalika and Wasara who may also have more to offer.
