In depth

Verdict

AVENTINUS never threatened when fourth in better company over 6f at York. But a winner has come out of the race and he's just preferred to Outre Mer. The latter gave the impression this longer trip would suit on his debut at Leicester and is preferred to Challow. Tobrave is a brother to Listed winner Tantshi and a half-brother to five other winners and Roger Varian’s colt makes more appeal than Permian and Alligator of the newcomers.
