On the pick of his best form Tudor Prince could be dangerously well handicapped and while Hart Of Gold should be close after an ease in his mark we like the chances of COMPTON CLASSIC. Jim Boyle's runner won an almost identical race last time with something to spare and while he has more to do with a six pounds penalty added to his burden he looked to have more in the tank during that success. Tudor Prince is now rated 10lbs below his last winning mark, a victory that came at Yarmouth in 2007. He's not shown the same level of form since but run well under this rating last time and he should be in the mix again. Hart Of Gold looks to have been suffering at the hands of the handicapper recently and should go better than in recent starts now back at a winnable rating. Onceuponatime is also capable of better than he's shown this winter and could well run into some prize money here but shouldn't have enough to beat Compton Classic.
