Palavecino completed a double with last week’s victory here having made all on both occasions. But he’s 7lb higher today and may get taken on for the lead by Bo Samraan. City Tour missed out on a hat-trick when runner-up at Lingfield last time and remains 9lb higher than when last successful but EDINBURGH CASTLE (NAP) can race off the same mark as when starting favourite and finishing fourth at Newmarket on his recent handicap debut. He should have come on for that outing and is preferred to the likes of Emirates Knight, Prejudice and Vindolanda, who are all returning to action.
