Davids Mark is given the nod to win this with both Balerno and Taboor worth noting in the betting market. The selection has not won for over a year but having said that he has been running well in defeat of late against some proven performers. He has shown plenty of pace in the past and if getting the run of the race he has every chance of getting himself back in the winners enclosure. Balerno caught the eye when third to Mind Alert over course and distance last time out. He has been out of winning form for some time now too and as a consequence he has dropped to what looks like a winnable mark. Taboor at the age of ten is not getting any younger but he still shows enough pace in his races as he showed when third to Sir Loin here last time out so any market moves should be noted. But for the winner we return to Davids Mark.
