Outrage is penalised for Friday's victory at Newcastle where he came from a long way off the pace in a fast-run race. He's drawn on the outside here but still looks capable of a big run. Seve landed a handicap at this level at Lingfield from today's rival Flying Bear and ran better than expected when stepped up two grades there a couple of weeks ago, when Sandfrankskipsgo finished last. This is his class and he's well treated on his best form though the runner-up has to be considered at the revised weights. Steelriver very rarely runs over the minimum and has been staying on over 6f but Miracle Garden loves it around here, though hasn't run since tailed off at Windsor in September. Calypso Choir made her all-weather debut in a better handicap on this track last month and was only beaten a head. She didn't get the best of runs at Chelmsford last time and should go well but, in the hope that he's ready after a break, NORMAL EQUILIBRIUM gets the vote. This will be his 53rd start but he hasn't run in as lowly a grade as this since 2012 and was racing from a mark of 100 last year.
