TIRADITO is the pick in the nursery with Count Bertoni and Al Khimiya others to catch the eye. Marco Botti's charge looks well berthed this afternoon and having performed with credit in some decent turf maidens, if he stays the extra furlong, he has to be in with a major chance. Count Bertoni represents a small yard that are in form. He has raced primarily in Northern nurseries and did not do too much wrong on very testing going at Catterick. Al Khimiya has plenty of form on artificial surfaces from his days with Simon Callaghan though probably ran into an above average type last time out. Highland Quaich has to concede weight all around though has winning form over course and distance. Slip Sliding Away was well held on a previous foray to Kempton though it is interesting that Steve Drowne has elected to keep the faith. Wolverhampton winner, Admiral Cochrane, attempts a step up in trip. No surprise to see a shock winner but on the basis of the form book, Tiradito is the call.
