Verdict

Phuket Power likes it here but seems best over 6f. Legal Reform wasn’t helped by plotting a wide course at Chester last time and has won on Fibresand while Toussarok was always holding the runner-up when making all at Catterick having been allowed an easy lead. Stall eight today, however, may not be ideal. APRES DARK hasn’t won since his debut at Newmarket in June of last year but he’s placed since on Turf, Tapeta and Polytrack and his turn may have come around again. Quick Breath seeks a fourth course victory so can’t be ignored.
