Nearly a third of the field here are making their racecourse debut, so a market check's essential, but we'll side with experience and SING SWEETLY, ahead of Affinity and Privy Speech. It could be last chance saloon time for Hayley Turner's mount. She's been expensive to follow, but only once in her five runs has she been out of the first three. It's a step back up in trip, and will probably need to be held back a little bit after blazing away, but she certainly looks capable at this sort of level. Affinity, well beaten last time out by Oaks' runner-up Meeznah, also holds an entry for a Lingfield maiden tomorrow, but returns to the scene of her debut where she ran creditably enough. She looks the pick of Henry Cecil's two runners, the other being Danube, who looked regressive last time out. Privy Speech has been placed in her first couple of runs, in fairly week races. Again, Rae Guest has two runners, but there's little too appeal about Melinoise. Amanda Perrett has yet to have a two year old winner this season, but Tigress Hill may be the pick of the newcomers. The market needs watching, but in the absence of that, we'll give Sing Sweetly one more opportunity to reward us.
