Verdict

LEONARD THOMAS made a winning start at this venue and has gone close in both subsequent outings. He has more scope than most of these and gets the vote. Little Buxted keeps threatening to get his head back in front without actually doing so and Gaelic Silver makes more appeal raised 4lb for winning a higher grade contest at Windsor last month. Cherry Street went close over a shorter trip at Wolverhampton last time while Sublimation has yet to show his best this year but is having only his third start of the season.
