    Verdict

    All of these step up from 7f and Maljoom has the most recent form with a debut victory at Doncaster last month. But 2000 Guineas entry, SAGA, ended last year with success at Ascot when beating a subsequent winner and the Gosdens’ grey colt should have the measure of Artaois on today’s terms. Bayraq won here in October with plenty to spare and is not out of this either.
