Magical Forest and Three Duchesses are both weighted to beat Conistone on handicap ratings. The former was placed here back in May but Three Duchesses ran poorly when favourite at Ayr last time. Highland Lotus is getting steadily closer and finished second at Chepstow last time and Bubble Bath ran well when third over 6f here on her debut. But MASONIC was ahead of a subsequent winner when runner-up at Yarmouth on his introduction and Robyn Brisland’s colt may prove good enough in this with normal progress.
