A poor contest to conclude the evening and if you're not heading for the car park already then CWMNI is suggested at a price, while Kingsgate Castle and Sonhador are among the dangers. Sonhador is just 2lbs higher than when landing a similarly poor contest over course and distance in October, and while he was well beaten at Wolverhampton last time he is likely to be a different proposition back here. Kingsgate Castle's sole win in 22 starts was on the Polytrack at Lingfield, and while he has run well once here in defeat, he does appear to prefer the left-handed circuit, so we will take him on. Nativity would be a topical winner, but she is proving hard to gain success with in maidens and she may well need a further favour from the assessor to win in a handicap, although money for her would be very interesting. Metropolitan Chief has a bit to find, but he does have frame claims, although we will chance Cwmni. Bryn Palling has his string in great nick, and David Probert is a good booking in the plate. This looks to be her trip, and she has acted on the Polytrack, so with a nice draw and a likely nice price we'll suggest a small stakes play.
