In depth

Verdict

Sunset Kitty won over 7f at Wolverhampton in December when she beat subsequent winner Lockantanks. She looks to have a good chance here but may just need the run. Cape Melody won a claimer at Lingfield in January and has so far proved best over 6f, while Caramelita's only win on the all-weather came at Southwell. AVONROSE put an end to a string of placed efforts when scoring at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago. She just got the better of Smalljohn on that occasion but is dropping in class today and looks capable of defying a 2lb rise in the weights in this company.
