Verdict
BRIANNSTA can take advantage of his declining handicap mark and get the better of Ramblin Bob and Elusive Dreams amongst others. The selection started 2008 racing from a mark of sixty nine but races here from a perch of just forty six following a fruitless campaign. He was well held last time on his first visit to Southwell but shaped as though he could be on the way back on his penultimate start and is worth chancing to confirm that back on a surface where he has proven form. Ramblin Bob has to be respected following his win at Lingfield and he has a similar profile to the selection having also been rated far higher in the past; he has less to prove in terms of recent form and has solid claims. Trinculo and Morse are others that could make their presence felt whilst Elusive Dreams posted a more encouraging effort at Lingfield when last seen and could make his presence felt from a good draw. However, the vote goes the way of Briannsta.
