Clear Vision is taken to beat Cove Mountain, Alexian and Quatre Saisons. Clear Vision was having her first outing since October 2005 when third to Play Up Pompey over 10-furlongs here a fortnight ago, and this step up in trip should see Amanda Perrett's filly make a bold bid to open her account at just the third time of asking. Cove Mountain has a lot more experience and showed a glimmer of hope when beaten a short-head by Danzare here last time. She too will appreciate the extra two-furlongs, and rates a danger. Alexian does not make as much appeal but may threaten for a place, while Quatre Saisons has to give weight away all round, so is worth opposing. All in all, Clear Vision should have the scope to score and is the selection.
