The form GREEK ISLANDS has shown in defeat stacks up very well and he looks to have obvious claims here; market support for any of the rest would be interesting but at this stage we'd expect Yarooh to beat Byrony to second spot. Godolphin's runner was last seen taking second to a horse who has since gone on to take second in a Listed race, having previously finished behind a horse from the same ownership who was then placed in the Coventry, so it really is a surprise that he's only rated 74. Some may suggest he was disappointing last time but with the winner advertising his ability since it's hard to crab that effort and if he copes with the surface he should win. Yarooh won only an average maiden at Wolverhampton and takes a step up in trip but she does promise to stay and clearly has some ability, so with the surface unlikely to hinder her Clive Brittain's filly is considered the main threat ahead of Byrony. The latter has experience of the surface but will need to overcome a wide draw and has looked as though she already needs a mile. Conditions look ideal for Lady Morganna but she'll need to improve to win even off a lowly mark while Prophet In A dream has already been well beaten in a similar race. This may prove to be a weak contest but Greek Islands could prove a class apart.
