Mordoree scored over a mile at Nottingham earlier and soft ground may have been a legitimate excuse for a poor effort at Brighton last time while Orithia drops back down from 1m2f having won at Lingfield in June. Thecornishbarron showed some improvement for a slide down the weights when placed at Yarmouth but SHADOW BEAUTY won’t have to find much improvement to get involved on his handicap debut and a chance is taken on Marco Botti’s unexposed colt.
